"BGE home needs to improve its billing process to tell customers when auto billing to a credit card is stopped and why and what steps to take. I utilize five services with five start dates all billed to a credit card. Billing stopped, not for any reason I or your billing dept could ascertain, and I was never notified. I only discovered the problem when I called for service and was told the account was two months deliquent"
"3 calls made regarding appliance technician and arrival time for my 6 hour window. I finally had to cancel my appointment all together at 6:15 and the technician called at 7:15 to say he was on his way and seemed unaware that I had to reschedule the appointment."
