"Still waiting for part for my furnace. When I called this afternoon, the rep wasn't as helpful. I called around 10 am and the rep was very nice and told me to call back around 3 or 4 to see if the part was in. When I called back at 3, the rep didn't want to be bothered with me, and told me not to call back that you would call me the minute the part comes in. I tried calling again about an hour later, and unfortunately, got the same rep. I have been without heat since Christmas Eve, so of course I'm anxious to get my furnace fixed. It gets very cold at night in my house."
