"My call was to schedule service for my generator, which was installed by BGE HOME, and has been serviced by your company since it was new. The call center representative was cordial and professional. My disappointment with the call has to do with the three-month wait time before the generator can be serviced. I’m now questioning the value of the service contract I purchased and I plan to explore offerings from other companies."
