"Our experience was great, we were concerned about the service window between noon and 10:30 pm on Sat because i told cust serv that our furnace was making a loud noise and she said this appointment was what BGE had available. We turned our furnace off for two days. If you're seniors or have health issues on cold days maybe other arrangements can be made."
