"I looked into making an appointment online from my phone, but it was vague to me which “service” I should select from the drop down menu for “AC and Heat maintenance service”. I wanted to make sure the one free check up we get was reflected in the online form, and to use the special price that was going on right now since we have two units, but it was confusing from the website accessible from my phone how to specify them."

"Getting a service date took MONTHS. I called in October and my heat pump service date is mid-December. That doesn’t seem responsive at all. I was unable to schedule online- which was recommended by a local radio advertisement.Similar experiences last year with BGE Home and, as my appointment time approached, I was contacted by (3) representatives asking me to accept a later date so the company could accommodate other customers without heat. After waiting as long as we did for service, my husband was adamant that we have our turn.Ironically, two weeks after my system was “checked” we had a mechanical issue needing a new compressor and got a sales pitch for a brand new system.I am really hoping that our experience improves for this year. I don’t like the extended wait time we have every year. I don’t like how the online service is basically unavailable. The best thing about my experience was that the customer service agent was nice and tried to help."
