I appreciate the Installation Supervisor (who did not return my call) who made an adjustment to my bill in response to my day of inconvenience when the technician didn't show nor call. I sincerely hope the technician is well because I know sometimes health or accident can prevent someone for doing their best. Kudos to Sharon in Customer Care."
