"Only a “good” experience because of one thing. A/C service appointment covered a HUGE time window of 10 1/2 hours (any time from 12 noon to 10:30 pm. This huge time window required me to take half day off work in order to be home “waiting” for service tech to call and then arrive. Both my appts the tech arrived after 6 pm and I lost a total of 1 days pay needlessly. Suggested resolution: PLEASE consider 2 hr time windows."
