"It was really good. The technician who came out to service my fridge didn't have the parts but said he put in a rush for them because who wants to be without a fridge. I called today to check on the status and it looks like I might get a call later today for the repair work. When you're stressed about your home it helps to have people who care."
"Employee listen to the air conditioner - did not look inside or test equipment. My initial call was about insulation tubing and the noise that the air conditioners was making. Serviceman Stated that for its age it was operating appropriately. September is the earliest I could get a date for yearly service of the air conditioner. Entire process took about 5 minutes - very quick service."

"We returned from vacation to find our AC went out on days with 80 degree weather. We notified that we needed immediate support due to having a young infant in the home. We were told we had to wait as we didn't have priority since we didn't have a BGE Home Service plan. An infant under 1 cannot be in extreme heat for long periods of time. Unacceptable for the responses we received from the care team. And doesn't make me want to use BGE Home again."
