"My General experience, when I first purchase BGE whole Home Care I thought I was pretty satisfied that I was going to get service for unforeseen circumstances of any type of emergency in my home. The 1ST time I called was very disheartening! The 1ST thing you hear when the call is connected is this is NOT a good time to call BGEHOME, THEY ARE overwhelmed because please call back at another time.This recording really made me wonder if I did the thing purchasing BGE HOME WHOLE HOUSE. On top of it I was quite shocked that I was told I would have to wait 8 days for anyone to even come see what was wrong. Do the employees that work at BGE Home if they had something broken at their house would they be satisfied with waiting 8 days before seeing anyone. The customer service and reliability of getting help when something is broken in your home doe NOT Reflect your Advertising TV commercial.The wait time of 8 days is RIDICULOUS. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!
