"I called on Friday because my well was out of service. Your CS rep said he would send a plumber. I told him it was an electrical problem and that I needed an electrician. He didn't seem to grasp that but agreed to do as I asked. He said the first available appointment was on Monday afternoon. I booked it. Then I found another company that could come on Saturday morning, so I called back on Sunday morning and cancelled BGE Home. I was a little disappointed that I would have to wait 3 days to get water back on. That's not the prompt service that I thought a big company like yours would provide for something as critical as a well being out of service (family with no water). It has me re-evaluating my service agreement with you."

"Very bad. I thought a company of your size and brand would screw up this bad. The first technician did not fix the problem and yet I paid $90. The second technician looked for any excuse not to do the work and left telling us he was going to order partS. His manager called and when I called twice I could not reach him. It is a long difficult process dealing with you. Your process and customer care is horrible."
