"I have had mostly positive experiences with your service guys, in fact, I hope I get the last guy that came to service my equipment in October for tomorrow's equipment. He went above and beyond for me. As to a minor complaint (and the reason for the only 6 I gave above): A window of 12NOON to 10:30PM is a tad ridiculous! Here's hoping the guy shows up at more like 1:30PM tomorrow. That would better suit the Usefulness to [my] needs. ;o)"

"Have had whole house coverage for many years. 5 days to get service was totally unacceptable. Contacted alternate contractor who had a tech out within 2 hours. Solved the problem in 20 minutes. Charged for service call only. Will be considering dropping coverage if priority service means 5 day response. Terrible service!!"

"My dissatisfaction with BGE Home grows more with each service call I place, both in terms of the excessive delays in resolving mechanical breakdowns, and in the lack of knowledgeable staff who cannot fix issues in a single visit.There is no reason that given a 7 day advance notice, that every single required part to repair an already-serviced and documented appliance should not be on the truck, accompanied by a qualified and certified technician.I have doubts about BGE Home and their abilities to install new appliances, and without a significant change in the ability to service existing customers, I cannot in good faith consider or recommend doing new business with BGE Home."
