"My dissatisfaction with BGE Home grows more with each service call I place, both in terms of the excessive delays in resolving mechanical breakdowns, and in the lack of knowledgeable staff who cannot fix issues in a single visit.There is no reason that given a 7 day advance notice, that every single required part to repair an already-serviced and documented appliance should not be on the truck, accompanied by a qualified and certified technician.I have doubts about BGE Home and their abilities to install new appliances, and without a significant change in the ability to service existing customers, I cannot in good faith consider or recommend doing new business with BGE Home."
