"The service end seems fraudulent. I had a 2 to 6pm scheduled appointment and the service tech called me at 10:10pm that night to let me know he was on his way. I said no, not tonight but could he reschedule for Saturday morning. He said he could not but that I should call to reschedule. This is after I called the service ctr twice to find out where he was. Well its almost noon on Sunday on our new all day appt. schedule and no service tech."
