They do less for more and do not care if you save money BGE employees work for a company that they want to supply your utilities and keep them working without driving up your cost."
"I called on June 4 and the representative was rude and promised a follow up call that never happened. The representative on June 5 was helpful. Overall I am disappointed at the attitude and the misleading ways of BGE Home. I bought 2 HVACS, a water heater and siding and had been satisfied (except for some issues with the siding) and the service agreement has turned out to be disappointing. They wanted me to schedule my regular maintenance for the AC unit 3 months later, after summer was over. I had already paid for my agreement at the beginning of the year. Not happy with the experience. The second representative was able to help me. Friendlier representatives ( the first one was disgraceful and rude). The second one actually solved my issue."
"Call Center rep was clear about $50. service fee plus possible additional costs if more work was found to be needed. I did not gain understanding that tech would bring replacement motor. Tech was helpful in explaining our choice: go with new unit & possible increase cost of installing new unit vs just replace broken motor."

She was very friendly and didn't rush me off the phone. She also took the time to look up my account and made sure I knew of my service agreement. She was great!!"
