He was thorough in evaluating the problem and also he provided some self-help ideas that I could do with self-help and possibly avoid another problem of this nature. Tech checked both AC units inside and outside and adjusted when needed to improve performance. Very pleased with tech that responded to our outage."

"I called for routine HVAC maintenance, and was told no appointments were being scheduled due to COVID-19. When I asked for a discount to my monthly billing, since I could not get the service, I was denied, but suddenly an appointment opened 4 weeks out. When I then threatened to discontinue service, suddenly an appointment was available 2 weeks out. I thought this was deceitful, and it certainly gave a negative tone to otherwise good experiences to BGE Home. Most companies are giving discounts, since service cannot be provided, and you should be using fewer technicians."
