"I called to have BGE Home check my antifreeze in my AC compressor since I haven't been able to schedule my yearly checkup (per my contract) because of the Pandemic. When it was determined by the service rep that I needed antifreeze, I was told it would cost me $90! I have never paid to have antifreeze added to my compressor, it was always part of what the contract provided (so I thought) but was told I should have been being charged all along and without the contract it would have cost me $125! I called BG Home and also called BGE to complain and while the rep was very nice, I was told that I had been given the correct information. I had already paid the $90 so was basically just registering a complaint and was able to do so with both phone calls without much difficulty but without experiencing much satisfaction!"
