"Not very impressed with response times to fix appliances. Never had any parts with them, always at least 3+ weeks after diagnosing problem for them to return and fix problem. Had dishwasher motor replaced (on an 8 month old dishwasher) still not working...the call center representative was absolutely amazing...took my call to ‘claims’ and got us an appointment for this week, sympathetic to not having problem resolved. Still not sure if we made the right choice signing up with BGE home :("
