"I have tried to contact BGE to get as estimate to replace A/C units. My first contact was by email, the second by phone. I missed the call back from the email response. I replied but have not heard back. I then called on, was told I would get a call back within a couple of hours, that was three days ago. The sale ends in a few days, I'm frustrated."

"The first time I called, I was on hold for 25 minutes. After 5 minutes with the first representative, I could no longer hear the first representative. The call did not drop. The line was still open. I waited 5 more minutes, talking into the phone occasionally, but got no response. The second time I called, I was on hold in the queue for about 15 minutes. The second representative was great. I think her name was Antwanette. Improvement would be more staffing for busy times, like on a hot early day in Summer and check your records to see what happened with my first call and address the issue with the first representative. Overall, bad experience. Only good part was Antwanette."

"I have a Whole Home Service Contract that I am billed for every month. I called service to find out when HVAC inspections were going to be done. Rep did not know -- maybe July. Then I asked for service on my washing machine. Earilest appointment I could get was more than 2 weeks out. The rep then asked me a bunch of questions about my health, without offering any information on the health of your technicians coming to my home. I understand your desire to keep your employees safe, but you need to show some interest in also keeping your cutomers safe.I got no notification that regular annual HVAC inspections were being delayed. I see little advantage in having a service contract if you can't get out here for over 2 wks. I can't believe that you didn't offer any rebate on the service contract fee, since you are not operating at full capacity."
