"It was ok. It was my 1st time calling. I was told I would get a call back and waited because my phone number and email didn't match. I gave the representative the ID number. I had to call back after hours of waiting because I didn't have hot water and needed someone out asap. The next representative was abe to schedule me without any issues. My account needed to be updated with my new phone number and email because I have NEVER used it since I signed up."
