"Very disappointed with the call center experience with respect for service to fix our water heater. Once the proper technician was sent out to take care of the issue, the technician did a wonderful job. I do not blame the technician, I blame the dispatcher and the call center for their lack of follow through.Instead of putting us at the top of the roster for service, after their mistake, we were re-assigned for a later time frame. It took 2 1/2 days to get the right person, via, BGE call center to fix our water heater. I have several service contracts with BGE Home and an seriously considering looking elsewhere for my service needs. Very unhappy with my latest BGE Home experience. After speaking to some of my neighbors, it seems that the call center has a track record of providing poor and unprofessional customer service."
