"My mini blind cords broke after only 35 years, and in looking locally for a replacement I could only find cordless, as the government is keeping us safe from using the cords for suicide. i cannot reach over the counter to raise and lower cordless blinds so what to do??? Internet to the rescue!!!"

"Ordered same blinds I had from them years ago. They took forever to get delivered then when I went to install them they are too small. I wanted to use same mounting brackets, none of the 3 blinds fit in the brackets, them were too narrow. Over 1/2 inch smaller than what I had ordered.
Called customer service, they gave me the run around about their so called guarantee. I either needed to donate them or pay to ship them back to them before they would order new ones. Unbelievable, their error and now I have to pay to get them back to them so they can sell them to someone else? Really?
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"
"After reading reviews, I was a bit nervous about ordering. I have a few areas that I want to cover, so I decided to just do one to see how things work out before I spend a bunch of money and not be happy. Let me just say, I am so happy I ordered. I had custom Roman shades made and they are phenomenal! They are very well made, the fabric is so fine, the hardware works perfectly - they looks fabulous! I just love them! Will be ordering more!"
"My vertical blinds had two problems: (1). the individual vanes sagged in some places so that they hit the floor and (2) the vanes overlapped unevenly so that when in the closed position during the day with the light coming through, it was very obvious. I complained and was told a new rail would be sent. Unfortunately, this didn’t help at all since the uneven overlapping issue wasn’t corrected. I didn’t have this issue with my previous vertical blind so I don’t know why the manufacturer couldn’t get it right. Will never order from this place again. "
