"Buyers beware! CHEAP is the name of the game at Blindsgalore. Also suspect DECEIT. If you read their online reviews of products, each one receives a 4 and 5 star rating, all with glowing reviews. Not a bad product review to be found on their site. I ordered two roller blinds and they are CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP in every respect--material, worksmanship, mechanism, etc. Though the price was not CHEAP, the product certainly is. Don't give them a penny of your money and don't believe the product descriptions or reviews. "

"Horrible experience. Ordered blinds November 27th was told they'd be shipped by December 6th. On December 6th I get an email saying they wont ship until December 26th. On December 26th I get an email saying they wont ship until January 3rd. This is ridiculous. My order will be cancelled."

"BUYER BEWARE, BE SURE TO READ THE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS OR, IF YOU JUST NEED PANES, ADD 2 INCHES. I ordered vertical blinds for my house I was selling. I only needed the panes, but could not find them anywhere, so I had to order the whole set. I needed my panes to be 83 inches long, so that is what I ordered. When they came, they were only 81 inches long. When I called, customer service told me I did not measure correctly, so, they charged me another $75.00 just for the panes.(I paid 103.00 for the whole thing originally) I really did not think that was fair. The guy said this happens all the time. I don't think they make it clear. Anyway, just beware. I won't be ordering again from them. I will have to throw away the original one I paid $103.00 for. AND GUESS WHAT? I WROTE A REVEIW ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND IT DID NOT SHOW UP! MEANING, THEY DON'T LET NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE, PRETTY UNFAIR!! SO, JUST BEWARE IF YOU ORDER!!!!"

"Blinds arrived 1/2 inch too narrow after I premeasured them and ordered actual size. Even their packing slip shows the correct size I ordered. After 25 minutes on hold, customer service kept explaining the resizing as routine and asked if I wanted a supervisior. When I said yes I was disconnected. Very disappointed after being a repeat customer over several years. I was contacted the next day after emailing them and issue was resolved. A good vs bad customer rep sure makes a differance. "

"Bad! It took them over a month to ship my order. I was told it was on backorder, but it stayed on backorder for a month!

"I suggest that you go elsewhere if you are looking for blinds. I spend over $1000 on blinds and they were all the incorrect size (too small). When I contacted them about this, they suggested I 'tape the sides' to block out the light! I contacted them with all the information requested that clearly showed that they didn't send me what I ordered, yet they were still unwilling to make things right."

"My third order from BlindsGalore. Each time, the order has been made perfectly to the specificatrions in the order, made and shipped timely. This time, I had a couple of damaged pieces on the shutters, either from manufacture or in shipment. Very minor to replace these iems. Contacted Customer Service - they responded promptly and immediately sent out replacements. Very satisfied three times now with this company. Quality products at a reasonable cost and good Customer Service. Couldn't ask for more."

"I purchased two cell blinds (5'x6') that hang next to each other. The colors didn't match. After emailing a picture I was told they didn't look that far off. I've been given the runaround ever sense. Very disappointed in the customer service on an order for over $1000.00."

"I have bought blinds from Blinds Galore on several occasions, starting in 2003, when we furnished our whole, new house with their blinds. They are always very responsive, keeping us informed of the status of the order, they have a large selection of brands and styles, and their directions for measuring, installing, etc. are clear and straight-forward. I've never had a problem with an order. They also send free fabric samples quickly so that you can evaluate a product first hand. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
