"The staff at CarParts were very friendly and their return policy was quite accommodating and easy to process. Unfortunately, I had to make great use of it. I ordered slotted/drill brake rotors and, to no fault of CarParts, FedEx lost one in transit; fell off the truck. I had to ask twice to have CarParts file a claim and send out a replacement. This is where it got ugly. I had the Driver side rotor and needed a Passenger side. I emphasized this greatly with the chat help. Sure enough, they sent the driver side. When I went back to online chat, their representative did not...COULD not understand that slotted/drilled rotors are directional. Despite what the product description says, the curves of the slots/dill holes have to curve to the rear of the car as they progress from center to the outer edge, a concept completely lost on the technician. And because their process could only go by part number, there was no way they could guarantee the correct rotor COULD be shipped. So I had no choice but do a full return. I don't think it's too much to ask of a car parts store to know that slotted/drilled rotors ARE directional and are not interchangeable left to right. So now I have to order from some place else. Shameful."

"New Ignition Switch when replaced will only start my vehicle 2-10x The old Ignition Switch work's 7-10x. I have taken pictures to show there is a slight difference between the new and old Ignition Switch. So I just put back the old Ignition Switch since it's very very difficult to start with the new one. Please help please allow me to show the pictures I have so maybe this can be fixed. Thank you!"

"I had a problem with my shipping, out of CarParts.com’s complete control obviously but Paul D. worked with me and put a tracer out with USPS for my package that hasn’t moved anywhere for 4 days. I think between him and me calling the USPS Postmaster it got my package moving, expecting delivery tomorrow. On top of this I received a refund for my cost for shipping, and a replacement for what I ordered via overnight delivery through FedEx. Great job Paul D."

"I was so frustrated with my experience with Carparts and all the misinformation I was given. My computer was to be delivered on March 22, which was perfect, then they changed it to the 28, which was too late to solve a particular problem before seeing a mechanic. It should have shipped on Friday, but it didn't ship until Monday, I was even more frustrated. I was told it was to be shipped Fed Ex but they shipped it USPS ground! No wonder it was arriving so late!
Pol HEARD me and helped me get a part in time before I see the mechanic. She was a great help to me and an asset to you! "

"I spoke with customer service on 2/19 concerning the wheel bearing I received being defective. The lady told me a replacement would be sent and I would get an email in 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive that email and I'd like to know the status of my replacement part."
