"Ordered a Canon 20D on Friday late afternoon on the 10th, was called on Sunday the 12th to confirm shipping address (Note: This store in closed on Saturday for billing shiping, so the call on Sunday was well within their promise to contact me within 2-3 days for confirmation). Very slight attempt to upsell an extended warrenty I was not interested in and the issue was 'dropped' immediatly. They confirmed shipping address, said the item was in stock and should ship within 24-48 hours. Item was to be shiped 3 day ground FedEx.

As I had not recieved the item by Wed. the 15th (ahead of the promised time frame), I called Thurs. to confirm shipment date/tracking. The representitive put me on hold briefly to check status, came back to tell me the camera did not come in yet, and that it was expected to arrive for shipment probably on Friday the 18th, or perhaps Monday the 20th. She also indicated they would provide overnight shiping in lieu of the 3 day ground.

The camera arrived on Monday the 20th, overnight shiping.

Although I was a bit bothered by the item not being in stock, as confirmed by the sales/billing call on the 13th, I will say that everyone was polite and offering the overnight shiping was a nice attempt to get the camera to me on time. In reality, the camera was only one day late per their promised dates of shipment and delivery. To be honest, I can live with that.

This was a very good price on this camera, there was no attempt to strong arm me into buying anything I did not want, and they are shiping the package as per Canon; unlike some who seem to take the package 'apart' and then sell you the battery, charger, etc. as extra's which would result in a higher total price which I paid. The camera package was unopened and intact, including a US warrenty.

All in all, I can't complain.

"Me and my family are pleased with my purchase, all equipment purchased is working as expected and even the delivery service was great. The two gentlemen who delivered my TV helped carry it all the way inside my house. The only item I am not completely satisfied with is the surround sound. There is nothing wrong with the system itself, but I would like to know if I can exchange it for a more powerful "Louder" system and pay the difference.

"100% recommended. I was looking to buy a Panasonic FZ20K (Lumix) digital camera. Finally worked my way down to Beach Camera, B&H, Buydig, and IBuyDigital. The other 3 had better ratings, both in terms of total number and 6 month. Their prices were also higher than IBuyDigital. In a bind, I decided to gamble on IBuyDigital. It was the best thing I could've done, as it turned out.

I placed my order on 11/26. I got an email conf back with the order number, and a clear instruction NOT to call/email them for a tracking number as it would slow things down, but they would let me know as soon as they had one. On 11/29, I recieved another email with the Fedex tracking number, with a delivery date of 12/3. Guess what? The first delivery attempt was made on 12/2, a day early! It was the easiest thing to arrange a pickup, and I had my new camera on 12/3.

Opening it up, it was all there. A sealed factory original carton, with the camera, lens hood, battery, charger, strap, 16MB SD, CDROM, warranty, and manuals. Even had that great 'new-electronic' smell! I put it all together, and was on my merry way taking pictures of everything I could think of.

The camera is superb. The 12X Optical Zoom is fantastic. The thing sits so naturally in my hand, and has very clearly been well thought out. I cannot find a single thing to complain about, no matter how hard I try. Well, perhaps the manual could've been better proof read, but that is the worst of it.

Overall - this was a dream deal. I got the lowest price ($490, minus $10 cashback from Shopping.com = $480) from IBuyDigital, they shipped it faster than expected, and it was a perfect item. I did not once have to email them or call them. They did not once call me. No dubious upsell attempts. What can anyone possibly want more?

And did I mention it? This camera is sweet. Unless you're a pro taking pictures for National Geographic or something (and maybe even then), this little honey will not fail to please!

"I ordered a Panasonic PV-GS400 camcorder.I called direct instead of ordering online to make sure it was in stock.I talked with Bob. He assurred me that it was in stock and would ship immediately. There were no high pressure sales. I asked for the Fedex 3-day shipping option. I ordered it on wednesday and it arrived on friday as promised. I was very happy with their service. My only critisism would be that I did not get an e-mail confirmation/tracking number."

"First I called the store to find out if the store has SONY DSC-F828 stocks because many stores though they post availability of stocks on their website but in reality they don't. After confirming the stocks, I placed online order for SONY DSC-F828 and I got the order confirmation number. They didn't pressurise me for buying accessories or kits or whatsoever. I received my digital camera 3-5 days from the day I ordered as promised. I had a bad experience with other online stores but this store I believe is a good."

digital camera for $476 - I then paid 29.90 for shipping(second day air).The package arrived on time and in good shape.I would like to commend this company on there prompt service.Not only was the price and service exceptional the tracking system is very easy to use.I ordered the camera late Friday afternoon and was sent an email with my order info.On Monday I received another email from Central Digital letting me know my order had been shipped.They also included a direct link to my tracking # on the Fed Ex website which made checking on it very easy.Two thumbs up, I would shop here in the future.

"Price was best from a trusted merchant. I paid extra for two day shipping when I was told that the camera was in stock. I got the usual call about accessories and I did purchase an accessory kit. I was told that the camera would ship and I would receive an email tracking confirmation. I called back many times and was told that there had been problems with getting the product that I was told was in stock. My camera that was ordered on the 16th was shipped on the 24th. They did upgrade my shipping to overnight but no confirmation was sent. I was out of town and did not receive my camera until the 29th. I am happy with the product but unhappy that I missed filming thanksgiving because I was told that the camera was in stock when it was not."

"I got a phone message almost immediately after i made the order online (Nov 11) for a Sony DSC-F828 digital camera. So i called Linda back and confirmed the order, and was told it would be shipped in 48 hours since it was in stock.
I did not hear from anyone after that. So I called them back on Nov 15, got placed on hold forever, so i left a message for the rep who called me, Linda. But no word from her.
On Nov 13, i called, got placed on hold forever, and finally got through. Was told the item is not in stock, and i have to wait till end of week for shipment. So i waited till end on week.
This week, Nov 22, i called again, got placed on hold forever again, and when i finally reached Linda, she quickly connected me back to customer service before i could protest...and i got placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Only to be told it's still not in stock, and there's nothing i could do but wait.

I'm still waiting. But i'm smarting from the level of customer service which could have been a little more apologetic and less annoying, to say the least.

Needless to say, if i dont receive the item soon, I will have to dispute the credit card charge, which is another round of annoyance for me. And i still would not have the camera i want.
