"A+++++. Ordered a Panasonic PV-DV953 on the net on Thursday. I called in on Friday to verify that the order was received and to add "JR" to the end of my name since that is how it appears on my CC. I forgot to add that on the secure form and did not want it to hold up my order. In hindsight, excepting this omission on my part, I would recommend waiting for them to call. They don't expect or ask for you to call in first- just wait for their call as they are processing orders as fast as they can. I finally was put in touch with Linda. She was professional and to the point. She did ask if there were any accessories that I was interested in purchasing with the camera. I declined and she in no way pushed the issue. She mentioned a sale on extended warranties from Mack through IBuy that would end on the day of purchase. She volunteered that I would have 30 days from date of sale to add it if I wanted, although it would run $149.95 instead of $119.95. Again, she was just politely pointing out the options that I had at the time. Linda called me back on Sunday to inform me that the camera would be shipping Monday AM and that I would receive a tracking # via email shortly. I thought that was a nice, professional touch. I received the camera on Thursday via 3day FEDEX. The Panasonic was in a sealed box and packed in cardboard with one of those inflated air bubbles- no problems. All accesories were inside the sealed box. I paid less than $1,000 for this camera including the shipping. Camera retail is $1,500. Single unit wholesale on this camera direct from Panasonic is $1,080. I have a friend in the business who checked the price for me. IBuy must be making $30 per camera at this price with their volume purchasing. What a deal for the end buyer! At this point in time I say go for it with IBuyDigital if you are looking for excellent pricing and service. These people are not scammers."

"SCAM! I ordered a camcorder for a Christmas present. I recieved email confirmation of the order. After several days of hearing nothing, I called to check on the status. Well, my order was "lost." They could no longer ship me just the camera. The price on the camera had gone up $34, by the way. They could ship out the holiday pack (with several extras at a premium price) immediately. They couldn't ship just the camera at the price I ordered it at, though (even though the web site shows it as "in stock."). Typical camera "discounter" scammers!"

"I purchased a little over $4,000 of camera equipment and would like to pass on that I am very happy with I BUY DIGITAL. The salesman (Scott) was very helpful and made the transaction happen painlessly. Did he try to sell me extra items? Yes, but hey - that's his job (although he claims there is no commission) and quite frankly they were items I knew I would have needed anyway. He also had no problem with my decision to not buy items suggested and there was no funny stuff where they changed the price afterwards. There also was no harassing phone calls after ordering to buy more. (Hard to believe some companies do that!)
In addition, the packages arrived in excellent condition (thank you FED EX) although it took quite awhile to get here (from NY to Pa) but that was due to MY cost cutting to ship it cheap. And finally, the video equipment was all brand new “A” stock stuff. Some of these resellers are selling us gray market junk or used B stock equipment, which is items sent back, repaired, and repackaged.

So... great place to buy from.

"I ordered a camera from these people, and I have mixed emotions. I got nervous after the very rude sales person who called me to confirm the order. After I told him countless times that I wanted to get the camera and see what I needed after I use it for a while, he got mad, said that my camera would be delivered in two weeks, and promptly hung up on me. I started getting nervous after about 2 ½ days when I never received a confirmation e-mail from them. I checked the credit card company, and they never billed the card. I checked the website, and the price of the camera went up $20. I didn’t know what to think until my doorbell rang. It was my camera! They shipped it and I received it in 2 ½ days, but never sent a confirmation. Later the same day I got the confirmation with the tracking number.

I have to say that they had a good price, but I doubt that I would buy from them again unless the price is much less than anyone else. The camera was just what they described, and I must say that I am very happy with the camera. They need to work on their customer service. If they would, it would be a very good company.

"WARNING: Do not buy from these people! After asking specifically whether the item I desired was in stock, I was told yes, and that it would ship in 72 hours. Two days after I placed my order, I received a call from a "customer service rep" (actually a high-pressure salesman) who tried to sell me a $200 service package and was extremely rude when I declined. He also ascertained that the item was in stock and would be shipped within 48 hours.

Eleven days later, when I called to inquire about my order which had still not been shipped, and after being put on hold three times for a total of 20 minutes, I was told that the item was on backorder and they were not expecting any more in any time soon.
