"This is the only problem that I have had with Constellation but it was a major one. If we still occupied the homa and had small children, then it would have been a much larger issue. But, I have learned one important lesson, never schedule the termination of electric power ahead of time. Always, call on the day you want the power discconected."

I missed an urgent email, but in the end she helped us find our customer number from the Illuminating Comapny and first energy. I had not included. I only had the account number. We were traveling, so it took us a while to log in and look at the fine print buried at the bottom of a bill. She was very tolerant."

"Not impressed. I did not received a scheduled bill for service. It was not available online. My online account showed current which I knew was incorrect. My call was to notify you of this and request a bill so I could pay for the service I owed. Your agent’s response was that my account was current and that I owed nothing. We went round this circle several repetitions before I finally convinced him there really was something that needed attention with my account. He finally agreed to “open a ticket” to billing and see what they could find. No offer to call me back, email or anything else. I went online a couple days later and saw that a bill had been generated with a new due date. Further reading on your site indicated a new billing system and been introduced and that apparently some part of your customer base was experiencing problems with obtaining bills. Your agent, although polite, was unable to understand what I believe to have been a simple and straight forward situation without repeated explanation, and once they did supposedly understand, conveyed little concern for the problem and indicated he could not provide any information or time line for resolution. It is a very helpless feeling when you know you owe and try to pay and are relegated to an “open ticket”. Not a happy customer."
