"It was easy to get in touch with a customer representative and resolve an issue with my account. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I feel that my issue has been resolved. My issue with Constellation Energy is that someone else mailed me an early cancellation letter with a proposed $150.00 fee in error. When I received a renewal notice from Constellation Energy in January of this year, I then compared the proposed rate change to that of other companies. In mid January I decided to cancel my account with Constellation Energy...which I did. I even asked about whether or not the cancellation fee would be waived. It was confirmed that because I was in a renewal period, that I wouldn't be charged the fee. I already knew this. I'm upset that I even received the letter stating that I was being charged a cancellation fee. The customer service representative from January knew that I wouldn't be charged the fee, so who at Constellation Energy is responsible for this blunder."

"The gas charge on my bill was well above market rate. I feel like the proxy that was sold to me was misleading and constellation should have notified thEy were charging significantly more for gas. The delivery portion of my Bill did not clearly mark the charges and I had to calculate them price per therms myself to know that I was paying a much higher rate."
