"I was told I would be connected on February 2nd but I never saw nor heard anything from anybody. When I got my bill from AGL, I figured I was forgotten. I called Constellation and was surprised to find out that I was already in the computer and I had a customer ID #. I was glad that everything worked out and that after I pay AGL my service will be changed to Constellation. Thanks I look forward to doing business with this company."

"I have loved my service from Constellation. I am only canceling my contract because I will be out of the country for 2 months but when I get back, if Constellation is available in my new home, I will enter a new contract."
