"Not good. Twice I was transferred and the call was dropped. Third try after waiting, I was told that aMs Cook would return my call within 30 minutes. She did not. Another person called the following day, took my information and said he would call back at 4:30 to get my husband to confirm the order. No one called back. I still do not know if we have a contract or not. VERY frustrating!"

"I have issues with, not this last call but the previous one where I agreed to contract. They did not email me the details. I still don't know about the a/c plan. The oral reading was just too much to grasp and was not complete. I was told I could cancel to three days and then on the second call was told I could not .1. I did not get a notice of the end of contract by email and missed the mailing I was told was sent.2. The KW rate provisions was confusing and not fully explained on the first call.3. There did not follow the contracting call with an email confirming the provisions. 4. there was misrepresentation on being able to cancel.5. They did not follow up with an email of the contract provisions. and I still don't know wha the deal is an the a/c service.6. The call I made the day after the first was fine."

"In my opinion it is ridiculous that the representatives are allowed to to place a switch hold on accounts but then say they cannot remove it even when it was Constellations mistake! Further more after going through four representatives and all four giving me some false reason why that was placed on my account and then finally saying it shouldn’t be on my account, but refused to admit someone in your company had made a mistake!! And I’m still waiting for switch hold to be removed!!"
