She was very helpful and did her job by trying to sell some accessories but no pressure at all. I highly reccommend this company, I will use them again and suggest you do too. "Someone else had kept me waiting 5 days for a next delivery of a Minolta D7i. It was late when I called & I needed it to ship that day. They did it & didnt charge extra.
I needed the camera immediately. They didn't pressure me to buy stuff I didnt want. I did buy a filter kit I needed.
Include shipping, filters, & camera & their price was very low. They charge less for the extras. IE: 199 vs 69 for the filters.
They were polite & pleasant to deal with.

"I was a little wary of the whole NY camera shop style of sales, but after reading some comments from others in this forus about dBuys -- specifically Belinda at extension 211 -- I decided to give it a try. The price for the Sony camcorder I wanted was pretty good and the only extra I was interested in was a UV filter to protect the lens. Belinda picked up the call immediately, confirmed in stock status and didn't really push to hard for add-on sales. I ordered the filter and hung up. After hearing nothing for 24 hours by email, I got a little worried, called Belinda to ask if I should be expecting a confirmation email -- she told me that the camcorder had already shipped and that tracking info would be coming shortly. She was right and I got the package in 2 business days. Everything works and I was very pleased. I would order from them again."
