"Terrible Experience! Period! I ordered a 11.1 Volt / 5200mah Laptop Battery from this Site, due to all the Great review/s, only 2...total. ($73.95).They stated that it was the best, and 11.1 Volt. When received after a week awaiting on it, It was a 10.8volt/4600mah Battery! Lesser performance, and False Advertising/Misrepresentation! When calling about this, the woman told me it was compatible, but guess she thought I was stupid! This is not as advertised, and Poorer performance Battery. Can get any site for $25. Consumers need to know that they are portraying False Information. Even the Invoice says 11.1 volt/and This battery doesn't last as long, and that's Bad Business! Now, they issued an RMA, and after calling, she said it was compatible....and I agreed, but when she found my Knowledge, of Batteries....with the Volts, and Milli amps...she concurred. Immediately, Issued an RMA. They/she knew. They are Advertising 1 thing, and shipping another! I have not been done yet! They/and consumers need to know they are exposed for Bad business Practices. They need to take this off their website, and she said they would, but Com'n....I wasn't born yesterday, and haven't saw it taken down yet! Now after waiting over a week, for a False Advertised Battery...that doesn't hold a charge but an Hour, and Half....Yes, I checked! I am suppose to print my RMA Label, with My Printer, Ship it back, and wait until they decide I can get my money back, into my Account for a refund. (So They can continue...to deceive other customers, that don't know the difference!) Isn't Misrepresentation a crime these days? I think so! Terrible, and I just want Consumers to know this. They have a Pretty convincing Website....saying only High quality Parts used, and have Duracell battery Picture. Made in China. Not even UL Listed!! Too Many Consumers are being Had by people like this, and websites like this! Remember, even good reviews can be posted by the company! What they have done is a crime. Advertising 1 Product, and selling another. No Better than Knock offs!! 11.1 Volt 5200amh is 1 Battery. (Ordered, and advertised). (10.8 Volt/4600mah Received). $73.95 Paid, and could get this on Numerous Sites for $25....the 10.8 volt. Less performance, as I tried it...and lasted less than an Hour and Half, at Reduced/Balanced Settings! Don't Purchase from these guys!"

"As a guest, I tried to place an online Order for replacement battery for smartphone, which was in stock, and listed 3 choices: OEM, Aftermarket, another Aftermarket for $2 more, but description of both were the same; that's unusual - so naturally I ordered the least expensive one. It was on a Sunday evening - so I doubt Site maintenance was being done. But after I clicked on Submit Button (or something similar) an entire page appeared, reading something like, ERROR in Transaction - could not process AND don't click on Refresh or Back button as it may duplicate Order. Then closed out browser, returned to Site, which recognized my computer, as the Order was still in the Cart. I tried again. Same annoying ERROR page. I even politely sent them a detailed explanation and got No answer. Fine. I went to, batteries4less.com, and zipped thru the check out at lazor speed and the battery was a buck cheaper. FYI my computer is running on an ebatts battery and right from the beginning - I always lose a lot of charge every day it's not turned on. And recently, OEM App on computer which monitors battery charge Popped Up with Battery at Poor level - but since then, its maintaining a High Fair level. Oh, battery is about 1-1/2 yo. Also, going to spread the word and recommend, batteries4less!"

"This is Horrible Company with Horrible customer service, do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY from them. Their online battery data base is far from accurate so they ship wrong battery which can damage your electronics. They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes so customer has to pay return shipping. Finally, called Duracell customer services to tell them about poor fit quality of Duracell battery but they cared less.

WARNING, the company is doing business under other names, you can find the listing on BBB web site.

"I ordered a battery for my camera on March 10th, website said it was available and estimated ship day was March 11. Needed battery for a trip leaving today March 21st. Today, March 21st, I get a notification my order has shipped with a estimated delivery date of April 9th. I should have read the other reviews, as this is common for ebatts. Clearly not a very honest retailer, find someone else to buy your batteries from. I am now concerned I will even get what I ordered. "

"I had previously ordered from eBatts without problem. I placed this order at close to midnight on 2/28. The order confirmation stated "Availability - leaves in 24 hours". In fairness, it also said any "unforeseen shipping delays" would be notified to me. It wasn't until 3/23 in the morning that I received and email saying "As of now our new estimated time of arrival for this part in our warehouse is 3/24/2009, meaning the estimated shipping date for your order is 3/26/2009." That evening I asked by email if they could 'cut me a deal' on an alternative. Early on 3/5 I got a call which started out by saying ETA was now 'early April'. I asked if they had a compatible in stock and indeed they had a high capacity version, but wanted me to pay $30 more. I had ordered this previously for my daughter who needed extra capacity as she's a student, but I don't need the extra. I was hoping he'd split the difference between my $92 invoice and what he was asking (15% off their list and free shipping - similar to terms I had on my original order). The problem I have is that he saw nothing wrong that I'd been given the statement "Leaves in 24 hours" at the time of order yet days later was told it was not actually in stock then and won't be for a month. It seems to me this lies somewhere between 'deceptive advertising' and 'breach of contract'.
I had what I thought was agreement to deliver. If their website at time of order had said "Not In Stock" at the time of order it would be different. It would be different if they'd said "3 days delay". But to tell me first 3 weeks delay and then more than that tells me their inventory control and procurement management/tracking is deficient.

"A very good experience! I was somewhat detoured when I read some review for this store online, but my transaction couldn't have been better. I ordered a charger for my Nikon en-el4 battery. "Very impressed and satisfied with the speedy service. I was very skeptical about shopping online because I've never done it before and shopping with ebatts was more than a satisfactory experience. I made my order on the 25th of feb 08(after 5pm so shipping would be the following day)and received my package in 10days (on march 6) which is impressive since I figured it'd take longer since I ordered from Jamaica. I received speedy responses via email and the sales rep was helpful and courteous when I called. Most importantly I got what I wanted in good condition, reasonable price and within a short period. Would definitely shop with them again. "

"I had a very positive experience with this store. I would buy again from them. Because I had never bought from them, I called first. This is my rule. I want to know if it is easy or hard to talk with an individual, should I have a problem. They answered the phone in under 90 seconds. They were polite and helpful. I bought a battery for my cell phone. It is better than the EOM battery which came with the phone. The price was low and included free shipping"
