"Contractor doing a renovation of my 1928 cottage style home asked me to approve some Delta bathroom plumbing fixtures that he had found on efaucet.com. Pulled the part numbers up on my lap top and "ok'd most of them, but did not like the shower head that he had selected. So we called your 1-844 number and ended up speaking to Laura at ext 4283. Got the plumber on the line for a 3-way conference call. Laura and he got it all figured out in short order, and I ordered what was needed at the end of that call.... to include expedited shipping so that it will be here Monday.
