The problem is I was told by the operator I would need a part to go with the shower wall faucet I was ordering, but it turned out I didn't need it. No big deal, except it took forever for the "instructions" on how to return something. I called customer service and they said I would get an email on Monday explaining to me how and where to return the item. Today is Wednesday and still no email. Seems ridiculous to me."
