"I was looking on line for a very specific size wall-mounted medicine cabinet that seemed to be out of stock at every supplier. I had researched several. One emailed me and told me one was in stock and it turned out to be the wrong size. Efaucets (Amanda H) sent me an email and explained that the item was still on backorder and I could either call her (she even provided her extension) or could order directly from the manufacturer. It took me over a week to get back to her and yet she still easily found my email, knew the correct dimensions and placed the order for me! She was very helpful and so very pleasant! How nice to have such great service. "
"When I placed my first order with eFaucets I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, my mistake. When my wife and i changed our minds on the purchase and decided on a different shower valve and head I expected to pay freight back but not a 15% restocking fee on a brand new unsealed item. I contacted customer service via email about the restocking fee and they assured me that they no longer charge this. I went ahead and sent back the product and placed another order for the new item. It states in their return policy that they will refund my credit card 7 to 10 business days after receiving the return. They received my return on 4/28 and I waited until 5/22 (16 business days) to finally contact them about the refund. The customer service agent took care of the credit however I noticed on the email confirmation they were charging me a 15% restocking fee. I got online and had a chat session with an agent disputing the fee and was abruptly disconnected after she said the item was custom plated. The Kohler item was not custom plated, it comes in several finishes and we chose the oil rubbed bronze. I would understand if I had something custom built or plated however this is a factory sealed normal stocking item. Bottom line eFaucets will never get any more business from me after the way I was treated and charged this ridiculous fee. "
