"Very disappointed with colour substitutions for a basket arrangement. Can't fault the style and quality of the arrangement. Just when you take the trouble to choose a PINK one as it relates to a small girl, to find Red and Yellow used instead it was gutting. Customer services said it was within their expectations. Last time I use these for my flowers."
"I live in the US, Ordered flowers and gifts for my girlfriend in the UK for her birthday [65.00USD] .. Placed order on Jan 08-17 to be delivered on Jan 11-17. I have ordered from Interflora many times and everytime she recieves flowers.. I know because she sends me photos along with her thank yous and I love yous. On January 12th we spoke and she never mentioned anything - so embarrassingly enough I had to ask her and completely ruin what was suppose to be a surprise. Today is Jan 14-17 and still absolutely no sign of her delivery. I have emailed customer service 4 times in 5 days and all I receive is a computer generated response. The worst company ever. Please don't go through the same frustration as many of us have, your chances of satisfaction are much better anywhere else."
"They were unable to deliver sympathy flowers to the requested address and offered in place a flower arrangement containing pink roses and cerise gerberas and purple Alstroemerias, which is totally unsuitable for a sympathy arrangement. I then got told that's all they could offer I requested a refund which the chap said would take Upton 25 days!!! Then when challenged said 3-5 days!!! Disgusting service will not use again or recommend them!!! "
"I ordered a beautiful looking bouquet online, containing my partners favourite colours and flowers. Paying £37!!!!
What was delivered was a completely different bouquet, to which I could of gone to Tesco and got similar for £10
I was spoiling my partner that day and I was made to look like a complete idiot by what was delivered.
Customer service said the would look into it and I have had no response since, I've sent 3 emails since with no reply.
This company deserve to fold and let real florists do the job how it should be done.
They have basically taken my £37 and spent it how they wished on CRAP and the have zero shame in doing so. It's £75 to go to small claims court and do you know what I'm very tempted to go to the extra expense as they are clearly doing this on a large scale. "

"The description was misleading; I thought it was a plant but it turned out to be a stem in oasis in a vase for £30 plus delivery!
It then lasted less than a week before all the flowers and leaves fell off. The customer service was apalling (they would not do anything unless you told them within 7 day - £35 for seven day of pleasure of not good value for money)
Apart from the initial impact it was a complete waste of money!
I will be using supermarket flowers from now on. They are much more reasonably prices, you know what you are getting, you get better customer service and they last longer!"
"hands down the WORST customer service experience i have ever had with an online store. turned a lovely anniversary present into hell
flowers were ordered for an anniversary, delivered in very poor condition and starting turning brown on day 2. i followed the instructions for flower care and watched the video provided on the website to make sure i was doing it all correct. the flowers were just not fresh or happy upon arrival.
day 5 they were totally dead.
first email went to customer service in July. no answer
phoned them a week later, spoke to a lovely girl who said the email had been sent it just didn't get it. so she forwarded it to me
exchanged a few emails about the flowers and then suddenly i stopped getting reply's, and the problem was in no way resolved. i was asked to provide photos of the flowers ( baring in mind how long the email response took to come back to me. its very lucky i started taking photos from day one, as they were in poor condition and i knew they wouldn't last). once i sent off these photographs as evidence ... no reply
emailed them at the beginning of this week now the last week of September, got a few answers and like the first time they just stopped answering as soon as i sent the photos as evidence, exactly like the time before , i even forwarded my email two more times to ensure they were getting them.
opened a new ticket with customer service today so lets see if i get an answer to finally end this. should it take almost 3 months of being chased by a customer to do something so simple? i don't think so

Have raised a case against them with resolver.
Ordering and giving flowers should be a lovely experience... this has been AWFUL from start to finish with absolutely no customer satisfaction.

"I ordered a single red rose within a large grass heart and placed in a narrow black bud vase, with foliage around the base to compliment the modern design. I chose the arrangement for my friend on the day of her mums funeral and the words in my message reflected why. I felt the pictured arrangement represented a rise of love surrounded by the heart and told my friend the Rose may fade but her mothers love would not and like the heart it would surround her...
What was delivered totally destroyed the sentiment. It was a clear glass vase (I accept was a substitute) but it was- too wide at the neck for the Rose to stand firm in, there was no folded over foliage leaves to help this, and instead in the vase was dumped a rose and then a small disproportionate heart which did not surround or frame the Rose and was not arranged at all - was totally amateur, I've seen better in an Indian restaurant!! I feel so upset and embarrassed!
I complained and customer service said they were satisfied with the design and said 'substitutes' happen - however my complaint was not about the vase it was about the fact it wasn't a professional arrangement and didn't resemble or represent the picture description of the £28.45 floral gift of a single red rose that I had ordered!
Customer service does not recognise quality and even defends poor standards florists, so there is never going to be improvements to customer satisfaction in the company!!
For the majority of the time people ordering do not see what is delivered so they get away with shoddy deals!! Eflorist can't undo the disappointment and embarrassment I feel in sending such a disgusting arrangement, but they could at least acknowledge their mistakes and the need to improve!! Absolute disgrace!

"I received a so called deluxe pink lady bouquet with so called champagne, it was a few red roses and a bottle of cheap red wine, they refuse to refund despite the fact that they have defrauded us of at least £10.Disgusting response, awful flowers never never use them."

So I asked for a tracking reference so I could at least track where they were, oh no sorry they aren't sent tracked??
