"The flowers was sent to my address rather than the correct recipient. On calling the company they stated that it was my fault and would make any effort to correct the problem.
Don't use this company as if anything goes wrong they will do nothing about it. This was a birthday present to an elderly woman bought with my last £25. No she has nothing and I'm out of pocket. "
"Basically their customer service is dreadful. I was told to be "patient" after a delivery was not received at all and when I chased this up, after getting no response to two queries it was only after posting an honest bad review that I received a refund (although I have to wait another 3 to 5 days to get it). Not only that, but bizarrely after an apologetic email giving me a refund I received a second email (from "no reply" address) telling me that "rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as possible as we value your custom but please note that one email is sufficient and our Customer Service team will respond". (Whilst they have 50-ish quid of my money).
Customer service like this when things go wrong means not ever returning. Rude emails effectively telling me not to be annoyed (that I've paid money for nothing and a loved one got no flowers) will see customers disinvesting their custom in droves. An apology received but spoiled by the other email and no offer to tempt me back at all. eFlorist probably didn't appreciate my sarcastic sense of humour in correspondence I guess - surely not..."
"I ordered a £75.00 'luxury' bouquet for a very good friend which was supposed to be all white lilies, roses, gypsophila and othe flowers in a beautiful arrengement. My friend received a very mundane bunch of poor lilies and carnations worth about £15.00. When I complained I was told that the picture I sent 'matched their expectation' and 'sometimes flowers had to be changed'.
Customer service is supposed to be there to help not support the company in ripping customers off."
"Ordered their mixed rose complexion (RAPTURE) for my newly wed wife but when the flowers were delivered they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and seemed as if they were picked a week ago an now soon to be dying.
No point speaking to eFlorist as they believe dead looking flowers are acceptable and it looks like that because it is protecting the inside. I have ordered many flowers in past but never heard such nonsense. Want to make you wife or significant other happy try Interflora otherwise STAY AWAY!!!"
"Waste of time, didn't deliver, got told by the first colleague they couldn't check delivery time as they used curries. Got told by a 2nd person I could ring currier directly, give them delivery post code and they would tell me when my wife can expect her 4 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSERY FLOWERS, which was a blatant lie. Then by another he couldn't understand why I was complaining as delivery window is still open, HELLO KNOCK KNOCK have you met the opposite sex. Spend the extra £10 chaps and go to a proper company. "
"I ordered from eFlorist as many other flower websites were following the trend of autumn orange and this company had what looked like a collection of colourful options.
I picked a bouquet called Sorbet; using a voucher I paid just over £20. My fiancé calls me and thanks me for the flowers but jokingly says what state they were in, I asked her to send me some photos, and she wasn't lying. What had turned up was a ragged bunch (a couple) of flowers that were already wilting, they didn't even last a couple of days. I contacted eFlorist and attached the photos of dead flower heads found at the bottom of the bag etc. and their reply was
"Having reviewed the image you have kindly provided, we can advise that the item delivered is within our expectations, having being made to excellent value and a great example of the kind of arrangements that our florists create."
What a joke! I have replied to their email to challenge this but they are failing to get back to me and have basically ignored me. Do not use this company!"
"I ordered flowers on a thursday to be delivered on a friday to a friend in hospital, she never received them, i called the company on saturday morning asking if the delivery address could be changed and they said yes, she went home on the saturday morning only to have phone call from the hospital to say they had been delivered in the afternoon! she lives 2 hours away from the hospital and could nto collect them. i called on monday to complain and they didnt even offer to re send any flowers or a refund, all i got was a sorry! absolutely disgusted with the company and they havent even replied to any of my emails! will never use them or recommend them to anyone! they should not offer a delivery date then not deliver them! "
"I was contacted by email two days after my order should have been delivered (for a very special occasion) and advised that the delivery had failed due to the address not being known. I then had to contact eFlorist to understand the reasons why, as they had not contacted either myself or the recipient by phone at the time of delivery. In fact, the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address (due to a small error in the address). The courier had left the flowers at the address (without signature) and was then contact by the owner to advise that the delivery was not for them – which was not what I had originally been advised and no further resolution provided – just referenced the T’s & C’s and the opportunity for me to collect from the address. Is this how eFlorist likes to make customers feel?
My advice – stay clear and use Interflora or NEXT."
" eflorist I would not recommend to anyone customer service from these people was a disgrace I had to track down the florist they used myself to find out where my flowers had been delivered as the person I was sending them to had gone away for a week. After 5 emails to them with no response, I had to track them and did find the florist they had used . The florist they used was Talking Flowers in Maldon Essex and I have to say they were fantastic after the lady heard my story she offered to resend flowers when my friend returned home at no expense to myself this is great customer service and eflorist should take lessons from her. Next time I need to send my friend flowers I will be using Talking Flowers and never again will I use eflorist from Gillian Cornwell

"EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered flowers as a birthday surprise to be sent to my dear friend on Thursday 15 October 2015
I requested this be delivered on Wednesday 21 October 2015 (the day of said birthday)
Not only did the flowers not arrive on this day, the flowers have still NOT arrived, its is now Friday 23 October 2015
Poor service is not even enough to describe this company.
I have chased this via email four times and have NOT been given a clear answer other than 1-2 working days for delivery...Despite my order being placed 7 days before the requested delivery date
Why does this company allow you to specify a delivery date if it wont deliver on time?
And what is the purpose of sending flowers after the special day??
terrible - 4 stars? definitely not"
"Very disappointed with the flowers I sent my parents. Not a lot for £40. A £20 bouquet from Saintsbury's would have had more flowers in it. They were lovely flowers though such as they were. I'll order direct from our local florist in future. These were sent from the town 15 miles away."
"I ordered flowers for 20th wedding anniversary and they didn't arrive . All that they were prepared to do was offer a refund or reorder . But what is the point of flowers for an anniversary if they don't arrive on hte day. "
"Just had a photos sent from a friend whom I'd ordered flowers for. I'm disappointed they don't look as nice as on the photo and wrapped in brown paper which was on the photo but arrived a bit dishevelled looking.
As there are so many other companies about now I'll not use these again
"
"Absolutely awful!!!! Missed out the name of the nursing home & when I contacted them about t this they said it was too late to make changes, no delivery despite them having my contact number & my friends to where they were being delivered to! Disgusting service would definitely NOT recommend this company, they did however take my money, what happened to the flowers is anyone's guess, now ignore my emails asking this question."
"Awful company! Read ALL reviews and avoid!
Ordered a bouquet from their £15 range. What arrived was something I could have picked up from a supermarket and paid around £6 for!
Complained and they asked for photographs but then ignored them after I sent them. Tried to write again to find they'd blocked my IP address from contacting them. (I have screenshot evidence of this) They are also trying to have my Trust Pilot review removed. There seems to be no right of recourse with this company. I think I will contact my card issuer and file a charge-back.
What a despicable company with awful business practice. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards. I hope you save your cash and shop elsewhere, somewhere where customer satisfaction is a priority."
