"I ordered three bunches of flowers to be delivered on Mothers day 2016. Only two bunches arrived. Fair enough things happen even with the best companies so I wrote in and expressed my frustration politely asking for a refund for the undelivered flowers. I immediately get an automated reply telling me to be patient. Alarms bells start to ring. Sure enough four hours later and nobody has contacted me and no further reply (automated or otherwise)."

Bouquet received was sub-standard, small compared to large order, total £49.40 incl relay fees and extras!
I am still awaiting their response to my email about this substandard service provision...their timeline for mother's day related issues is 72hrs!!!
This company is uncontactable via telephone and failing poorly in their ethos!
I am waiting to see what remedial solution it is going to propose. If not satisfactory, I expect full refund! I hope Trading Standards are monitoring this company!"

"I chose this company because of the same day guarantee. But they didn't deliver.
Unfortunately, my recipient has now left the hotel where the flowers were being delivered....for Mother's Day...so if they arrive late she won't get them.
The email confirmation I received was reassuring, the address correct, my father was on lookout all evening yesterday and this morning, and not a thing has arrived. Neither have I received any communication from the company. So apart from the email, and the money leaving my bank account it's as if I never placed the order!
This has totally ruined Mothers day for us all as its now too late to arrange anything else, and I just spent £40 for nothing. I contacted the help desk via a link on the email confirmation and got a generic page with no FAQs, and a strange phone number. It seems they subcontract customer service which explains why they don't give a damn about complaints. It's only after quite a bit of hunting on the internet that I found an alternative contact form, and the reviews with all these negative comments.
I have requested a full refund, I expect to get it."

"I ordered the 'My Heart' flower arrangement. It arrived on time, however I could not believe the state nor the freshness of the Rose. The Rose was already dieing and so I complained straight away. Not only this, the heart shape vine, in the picture their is loads of vines making the heart shape, however when my arrangement was delivered, there was only 3 vines, making some sort of circle shape. Was totally un-impressed. So I complained, only to be told by 'Hayley' 3 days later, that I was to pick off the already dieing petals! Never have I ever been told to pick off dead petals after I had spent £22.50 + delivery on a single flower arrangement. She told me to do that! I couldn't believe it. Why on earth would I spend that sort of money to pick off the dead petals myself?! Not only this, she did not reply to my issue with the vines. Then after a week, I had sent 3 emails asking for help, she finally got back to me. She said that they were satisfied with the quality and style of the arrangement, as it reflects the advertised picture closely!?! I mean really, how on earth she thought that my arrangement mirrored the one of the website, god only knows. They are now unable to help me any further. Totally outraged, with the service and the quality, I will NEVER be dealing with this company again."
"I ordered flowers on Wednesday morning for same day delivery.... I am in Australia the delivery was for Belfast. I went to bed and woke up the next morning - no text thanking me for the flowers - two hours later an email came through we cannot deliver today is it ok to deliver tomorrow... I reply yes thats fine. Then nothing.... I sent email after email... a response to my third email states we have a technical fail with our emails - I highly doubt this as they are an internet based company and rely on emails!!! Anyway it is now Monday evening and no delivery - I finally get through to their call centre and cancel the flowers after reading terrible reviews on the state of flowers!! stay away not a pleasant experience!!!"
"I ordered some flowers for my friend who had just come out of hospital. Had a text saying they had been delivered. My friend had not received them, after 2 days of not getting very much of a response via email i gave them a call. We finally worked out they had delivered it to the wrong house. They would not give me a refund or send out another bunch of flowers all they would offer is 15% off my next order. The company is a joke and i certainly will not be using them again. They also told me after my 20 minute call that i was on a premium rate number, thats another £20 its just cost me."
"The flowers arrived today delivered by the florist and although they were absolutely beautiful and was delivered by a lovely lady, I was told eflorist hadn't put the order in until sunday afternoon by which it was too late for them to be delivered. The conclusion -EFLORIST lied to me on monday when i called asking where the flowers were by saying the flowers had been delivered and tried blaming the florist and their delivery driver when in fact they hadn't put the order in until the day they was suppose to be delivered although ordered 5 days before!! Explains why I was spoken to so rudely on Monday and they couldn't actually give me a proper reason!! Disgraceful customer service, they should have admitted it was their mistake and offered a refund instead of passing the buck on to the florist company!!

"Hi I received my order yesterday for the 'My Heart' flower.

On mine the heart is non existent the leaves that are supposed to make the heart are sticking out at all angles, the vase is a different style and colour all together and looks like its been used for a while and the decorations at the top of the base are missing. I contacted customer service for a refund and just received a generic template email saying no refund.
I'm furious as these were for my girlfriends birthday today and obviously I didn't give it to her and it was too late to buy anything else. Would not recommend.
