Satisfaction guaranteed what a joke

"Ordered from these Saturday afternoon they guaranteed delivery because I ordered before 3pm the delivery of the flowers was actually quite vital....4.30pm sorry we cannot delivery your order have a free upgrade when I challenged them that they offered a guarantee to deliver and should make every effort to deliver on Sunday and give a full refund they refunded telling my it would take 5 days to refund do not trust this company my advice look at what you want and ring your local florist"

eFlorist aka Teleflorist! If you are reading this before buying your flowers, WELL DONE!

"To those astute enough to have checked the review sites BEFORE buying their flowers from eFlorist (aka TeleFlorist, perhaps other names too?), WELL DONE!
Now DON'T BLOW IT, take heed of the reviews here and elsewhere warning you about this flower company!

To recap on the other reviewers, the bunch I ordered did arrive (better than for some) - however it was not even remotely like the bunch I ordered and half the size I ordered.

Customer Service responded by rolling out the T&Cs about substitutions, so I said OK, but I paid for the Large bunch and got the Small (if that), please at least refund the difference - not a chance, they just say they are happy with the bunch they sent (at least they are satisfied :)

So, let me save you some pain... Just imagine you buy a stunning new Metallic Blue BMW M3 and ask for it to be delivered to your daughter for her 18th (lucky girl!). Then, when the company actually delivers a Brown Ford Fiesta and you complain, the Customer Service Dept. says "No, we think that's a nice car and it's good enough!"

After a couple of emails, they just basically said Tough Luck.

Have better luck and save yourself the sweat. Order your flowers from somewhere else :o)

Never will order again

"I have ordered 50 roses called divine, in the picture on the website they look very nice, in reality blossom so small, that doesn't look even close to what is on the website. I am very dissatisfied and never will order again. "

Awful!!!! Same day delivery that cannot be done.

"After being let down by Serenta Flowers for same day delivery I was assured by the reviews and the website how reliable they were. After ordering a £50 bouquet of flowers to be delivered the same day I contacted the company 6 hours after the ordered to ask for a delivery time and was told that they could not be delivered that day? Why offer same day delivery if it cannot be done.

Oh how I wish I'd read the crap reviews before ordering.....

"Ordered a £27 bouquet as a thank you gift and when they arrived they looked as if they were a £5 bunch from a supermarket. Gutted and embarrassed that they were so pathetic. When I raised it with customer service they said they were "a fine example of the fine work their florists do!!" Jeez I wouldn't want to see their bad florists!!

No apology, just rudeness. They look nothing like the advertising picture. Gutted to say the least.

Get better from the Garage in the bargain bucket

"I purchased some flowers for my daughter to celebrate finishing her SATS test and wish I had gone to the local garage. The flowers were extremely highly over priced and the picture of the bunch of flowers were not what was sent. When complaining to customer services they asked for a picture and customer services said that they matched the picture I think the customer service team need to invest in a pair of glasses."

Amazing service and presentation

"I am shocked at reading these reviews of only 1/5. Sadly I have had to order two sheaths over the last three weeks for members of my family and must say that on both occasions they were delivered at time asked for and the quality was excellent. On one occasion when the exact flowers were not available I was emailed with an alternative variety. I will definitely be using them again this time for maybe a happier occasion.

Failed at every step - Don't shop with them

"Disgusting service. Happy to take the money and extra charge for next day delivery for mother’s day.
But failed to deliver anything.
Promised to send the flowers the next day - but again failed to deliver anything
Promised to get the flowers sent as soon as possible, - but again nothing sent
As a way to make thing better alleged to have donated money to a charity of their choosing.
chased and chased - eventually was informed they would reimburse all the money but would send the flowers as a way of saying sorry plus I could get 10% off the next order if I use it in a month.
Guess what - that correct - Nothing
Then finally they sent an email to say sorry you are cancelling the order -
They then stopped answering correspondence.

Luckily I bought with a Credit Card - so could cancel the payment

They are not real
p.s. they've just changed their name - that tells you something

Total Rubbish!!

"Just like the other reviews - the bouquet I received looked nothing like the one I ordered! Absolute worst £40 I have ever spent, wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Customer service were rubbish and not bothered in the slightest. Definitely won't be using them again. "

Terrible! Tiny Bouquet (paid for Medium)), that looked nothing like the picture - colours or flowers.

"I ordered mother's day flowers this year, and the bouquet that was delivered was unacceptable. I had ordered a medium size - basket of flowers called Beautiful Day, made up of pink and white pink and white Carnations, white spray Carnations and Gypsophila (£39). The actual bouquet delivered was a tiny basket of flowers - just slightly bigger than the palm of my hand - with none of the flowers featured on their website mostly tulips and in completely different colours. The arrangement also did not look professional. If I had gone to a super market, I would have been able to pick up a much more beautiful bouquet at a fraction of the cost. I wrote in to complain and they never got back to me."

Terrible company

"Mother's Day flowers not delivered until the next day. Company won't respond to emails (I've sent seven now) to refund delivery charge. Twitter feeds and Facebook pages relating to this company confirm that others also have had bad experiences. Do not use."

"Please please DO NOT USE eFlorist!
My mums flowers arrived FOUR DAYS after Mother's Day and were really poor quality! I paid £9.99 for next day delivery which eFlorist didn't refund!!! Total disgrace...

Shocking quality

"I have recently purchased a bunch of flowers for my mother for mother's day. I am disappointed with the quality of product I received, in my opinion I could have went to the local "Aldi" and purchased a fresher and more variant bunch of flowers. No Mother's Day Flowers

"I placed 3 orders for flowers to be delivered on the 5/3/16 for Mother's Day. I wanted them delivered the day before to ensure they were received on time and paid extra for the next day delivery . I'm in Australia so ordering online is perfect.
Only one order was delivered. My 90 year old grandmother and mother in law are still waiting for theirs!
No one from eflorist has contacted me, I have sent two emails - no response! They have not refunded my money. Absolutely disgusting service!!
I used eflorist all the time - no more custom from me!
