"Ordered flowers today at 14.50 not thinking to check the reviews. On getting the order confirmation email I noticed that I had made a mess of the text to go on the card so contacted eflorist by their live chat. Got the message amended and the flowers were delivered for 16.30. On reading the reviews in between ordering and delivery I got quite nervous but the flowers that have been delivered are great....I Don't normally leave reviews but there were so many negatives on the review page that I thought Id put a positive one on! Credit where credits due..Nice flowers and delivered within 2 hours "
"Ordered sameday delivery of flowers only to be notified after delivery hours that the florist delivery person has left the job early. Blamed the florist, upgraded my order and assured me it would be delivered next day only to be notified that it couldnt be done the next day and cancelled my order...waiting for my refund.
Spent 3 hours of my time on phone and writing emails. Not worth any effort to use this service. "

"Having used eFlorist several times before, I felt confident placing my order.Their website states “satisfaction guaranteed”. I was not satisfied on this occasion. I totally understand there are substitutions necessary sometimes but they do also state “and in the same colour scheme as your original selection.“
I ordered a bouquet that was especially red/pink & vibrant as a cheerful pick-me-up for a sick friend. What she received was a bouquet in mournful, funereal tones that wouldn't have looked out of place in Great Aunt Agatha's dusty old parlour. To add insult to injury, they were wrapped in a hideous, unsympathetically matched blue striped wrap.
I am also informed by the recipient that the flowers wilted after several days and she threw them away.
Very unsatisfied with the customer service response when I complained, receiving what was clearly an auto response on the 1st occasion and a barely amended response to the 2nd complaint.

"Ordered a bunch of flowers from here and have to say they were the worst ever! Poor wilted flowers, sparse bunch, roses already brown round the edges...delivered on a Friday and by Wednesday parts were being put in the bin. The delivery man was not pleasant at all, very off hand and he made the experience of having flowers delivered horrible. Contacted them but they wanted a picture...told them bits already in bin but they wont look into complaint without a pic so they coming out of bin...lets see how I get on. The experience shouldn't be like this when you are trying to say 'Thank you' to your Mum! Very poor experience."

The flowers delivered did not resemble the ones ordered as in the picture. I ordered Eden basked for my moms 60th birthday. What arrived did not contain the flowers ordered or the colors. Looked cheap and empty.
The customer service reply to my feedback was that they would not do anything about it because I submitted it after 7 days. Even though my complaint had nothing to do with condition of the flowers such as their freshness in which case I understand that the timing is everything.
I would not order again. This was unacceptable customer service. It did make me laugh though.
The positive: delivery was timely and the response to my complaint only took a day."
"This has to be the worst florist I have ever dealt with, wanted same day delivery for my daughters graduation results.....order was accepted and no delivery received. After querying this they twice told me they had been delivered. They called back next day apologising and said oh sorry but they haven't been delivered but would do it now. I explained my daughter was at work and that's why they had to be delivered yesterday. I then said can I give an alternative address to get them del to her work and "Sally" was quite put out by this and made out that I was inconveniencing them by asking for this.
When I said you don't seem keen to rectify this I was told or I could always cancel...to which I said yes cancel it as you've ruined the surprise that I wanted to give to my daughter ! Now it seems I will wait 3-5 days for a refund because of their incompetence !!"
"Ordered flowers for same day delivery at around 2pm and they arrived by 4:30pm - I received a picture from the recipient and I have to say I am really impressed. After reading the bad reviews everywhere I did start to get a little worried and panicked but I can honestly say the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and were delivered in less than 3 hours on the same day. The bouqet was larger than expected and to be honest looked nicer than the photo on their website! eFlorist use local florists closest to the delivery address so it will always depend on how good the local florist is. On this occasion I give 5 stars. Thanks eFlorist!

"Very disappointed - I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday from another florist and they did not arrive so ordered a replacement bunch from this crowd and they also did not arrive. I am still waiting to hear from them about why they were not delivered. I am most upset as it was a very special occasion and feel ripped off by both suppliers. Would not recommend or use again"

"I ordered flowers for a friend who had a family bereavement. 2 days after delivery was due I emailed Eflorist for confirmation of delivery as I hadn't heard anything from my friend about it(although it was a difficult time for her). Eflorist confirmed by email the delivery was successful. I later found from my friend that she never received any flowers, no calling card and no phone call! I emailed Eflorist to find out where they were delivered and who accepted them which they did not answer, instead fobbed me off with a poor response saying as more than 7 days had passed and flowers are perishable they couldn't deal with it! The flowers weren't peridhsble because there were NO flowers! They are now ignoring my email, have taken my money and delivered no service! "
"I'm a firm believer things will inevitably go wrong but it's how you rectify them that counts. Well no one remembered to tell eFlorist!! While working abroad I used eFlorist to send flowers to my 10yr old daughter for her birthday, she went to answer the door (Part of the experience) to find the delivery guy had dumped them on the doorstep after knocking just once!! Then what she received couldn't have looked less like what was advertised on the eFlorist website. Not only were there less flowers than promised but they barely had any life left in them, they were drab and already close to death. Anyway, back to my main point and eFlorists remedy which was to completely ignore the delivery issue (Twice!! as I'd mentioned in a follow up email it had been missed) but best of all to tell me they were happy with what they saw in the pictures I sent them and that the flowers were of a standard they would expect!! DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!"
" I placed order 5/5/15 for 9/5/15 delivery as present for mum from grankids. The flowers never arrived on the 9th. Mum went out on May 10th low and behold flowers on doorstep at approx 9am. She opened the box to find 8 dead flowers and some leaves nothing like the pink lady bouquet ordered. I emailed e florist as not open after 3pm on saturdays. I was forwarded a photo of these dreadful flowers which I did forward to eflorist. I received a reply telling me the flowers had been delivered on the 9th at 5.30pm who to no idea not my Mum and that all they need was to go in water, she had already tried that. Then spoke to mum again today and she had to throw the 8 flowers out as completely dead this morning. I have been able to agree a refund with e florist but it is not easy. Avoid this company at all cost."
