"This is the second time i have used this company, first time no problems. This time my experience was horrific to say the least. I ordered a bouquet on friday for "One day delivery". Next day nothing arrives so i send an email saying nothing had been delivered so they replied over 24 hours later saying we apologies but basically it's royal mail's fault. In short the flowers arrive on the TUESDAY half dead and in a complete mess. I have had no response from eflorist at all and have warned many people off them and will continue to do so. Simply unprofessional and no customer should be treated in this manor."
"Awful Service! I ordered a bouquet for same day delivery in the morning, paying the premium rate for same day delivery. At 1715 that day I get an email regretfully informing me that they could not deliver on that day. At which point they offer me a lesser value bouquet (wrong colour) to be delivered at any day of my choosing by post so I must give at least 2 days notice."

"The flowers came on my birthday were very poor quality. Wrapping was dirty and filthy. Lots of the roses were damaged & dead already. The chocolates were wrapped in dirty paper & when open there were disgusting bugs inside the wrapping. I would not recoment that service at all. The whole expierence distroyed my day!!!!"
"Ordered two Mother's Day bouquets the first turned up on the correct date for delivery but with a third of the amount of flowers for the supposedly deluxe bouquet that I had bought.
Second order did not arrive on scheduled date of the 14th March for mothers day on the 15th March.
I complained about both on the 15th March and only got a reply 8 days later about the bouquet with minimal flowers they completely ignored the non delivery. The second delivery arrived 3 days after the scheduled delivery date but flowers were DEAD. Despite my reply to them stating the about the dead flowers and the lack of flowers including a photo as they requested I have still not been offered a refund, credit, apology for the late, dead delivery or the delivery with lack of flowers... Absolute rip off and appalling response to complaints. Won't be using them again. "
"Ordered flowers for Mother's Day - they didn't arrive, and 2 weeks later I still have no flowers OR refund!
I have tried to contact them multiple times about this failed delivery and all they say is that they need to confirm with that particular florist and will phone me back. I NEVER receive any calls back from them, and I still haven't received a refund!
Just tried to call them again to hear an automated message stating they have closed their phone lines to deal with other customer orders - yeah likely more complaints!
I am one VERY unhappy customer, and am appalled at the customer service I have received.
Quick to take the £50 payment, not bothered after the sale.
I would never put my trust in this company ever again.

"I ordered flowers for Mothers day as the site stipulated a Sunday delivery. The delivery charge was £15. On Sunday evening I received an apology from the company offering a free upgrade as the flowers had not been delivered. I ceded to the upgrade assuming the flowers would arrive Monday. They did not. I emailed the company Monday evening telling them I did not want to go ahead with the delivery unless the returned the delivery charge. The flowers were delivered noon on Tuesday for Mothers Day!!! No refund has been forthcoming and my emails are now ignored. It turned out the upgrade was not a larger version of the bouquet I selected but an entirely different bouquet altogether. I will not use this company again and would advise others not to. They clearly take your order and commit to delivering it before they source a local florist. They take no account of occasion related spikes in demand."
"Do NOT be fooled by the pictures!! I ordered a bouquet called the orient, in addition I added on a glass vase and chocolates. All arrived when promised to be delivered. The vase and chocolates as ordered. The flowers however were so disappointing. They did not look like the image on the site. The picture on the site was of a big full bunch of flowers, what arrived looked nearly cut down by half, mostly greenery and hardly any flowers. The small flowers to the front were slightly floppy too. The response I received when I notified eflorist was such a standard cookie cutter response. "They are happy with what was sent and to just change the water to keep them fresh" it was as if they didn't even read my feedback. This is my first internet ordering experience and never again. Do not recommend. "
"Do not use this company. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I paid £15 for delivery on the day, then received an email from customer services telling me that they could not deliver due to unprecidented demand at 4.20 on Mother's Day itself. I replied to the email and then received no further communication from them. I called to complain, waited for a long time on hold to finally speak to a lady who could only say sorry and offer a refund. this took 10 days to be paid back to me. Please look to use a company which treats its customers better.

I ordered two lots of flowers for a belated Mothers Day gift and the Parasol flowers looked NOTHING like the image shown on the website no where need as nice or good quality. I emailed eFlorist from there help desk with an uploaded image of my flowers on the night of the 18th March it is now 23rd of March and they still have not bothered to get back to me. NEVER again will i use this site!!"
"I used eFlorist.co.uk to send flowers for mothers day 2015 as I live in NZ. The site showed beautiful flowers and I picked a bouquet accordingly.
When I skyped mum on the big day I was disappointed with what she showed to me, the next day I emailed mum and asked her what the flowers were like this is what she said "No it didn't look much like this - it did have three carnations, one rose which keeled over the next day, chrysanthemums which also keeled over and some horrible everlasting mauve things, lysianthus which are OK along with the carnations and three gerbera one of which also keeled over! No lilies I am sure you paid loads for it and I know the thought and love was there behind it but I would not use those florists again. I was going to leave it for a while myself and then let you know as I hate to see hard earned money not get value. " I have since emailed the eflorist site and still waiting for a response after 5 Days. I would not recommend these cowboys to anyone. Very disappointed and angry."
"I have used eflorist before, numerous times in fact and never had any issues with them until this mothers day! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered, full price delivered was £46 (but I had a 10% discount code from them also) - the flowers arrived on time as planned but oh my gosh they were ridiculous! For costing £46, I could have easily purchased a nicer bouquet for a quarter of that price from a supermarket! Very disappointed and indeed embarrassed that my mum received this bouquet as a gift from me! Email has been sent to customer services but I am yet to receive a response although judging by the other reviews on this page over past few days they will be busy! I won't be using them again! :("

"My daughter got me flowers from here last year and they were dead in a couple of days. I advised eflorist but didn't hear back. The ones l have just received were very shabby, 3 roses dead one stem broken. I again advised eflorist got an email asking for a photo which l sent then nothing. I would advise not using this service."
"I ordered flowers for a friends birthday, they never arrived, I chased the company and someone called Hannah at customer services explained it was due to the post, not them....we are still waiting this is a month later. I have emailed customer services to follow this up and got no response following this. I have had no delivery, explanation or apology.....kiss your cash goodbye and take your chances with this company....the head office is dubious too!"
