"I ordered a few parts for my Porter Cable pneumatic nailer. After 3 weeks, without any notifications from eReplacementParts.com , I checked my order on their website to see that it was stuck in processing mode. I called to figure out why. The rep told me that 2 items were back-ordered and the order would ship when they came in but couldn't give me an estimate on when that would be.
I waited another 2 weeks and called again, and again the rep had no information on my order. I then cancelled the 2 back-ordered items and had them ship the available items. It took another 2 weeks for the remaining items to arrive.
In the meantime, I ordered the missing parts from ebay and they came within 3 days.
This experience has turned me way from using eReplacementParts.com in the future. "

"My twenty three year old bathroom exhaust fan motor burned up finally. I was dreading climbing up in the attic to replace it and searched the model number on the internet.
