"In December of 2023 I ordered a crock pot lid part number 3215760. It was on back order so I didn't mind waiting. When I received it in April, the seal on the lid was warped and would not seal so I returned it and reordered. The second lid was just as bad, then I noticed I could see the seal was bad in the product picture on the web site. I don't know why they sold a product the was clearly defective. On a positive note, The customer support was very pleasant and easy to work with. "

"After getting off the phone with customer service regarding a part that was not included in my package, but that I had already been charged for, I WAS satisfied. I was told there would be a charge but then a credit on my card for sending me the missing part. There was a charge for $22.46 on my card, followed by a credit of only $15.10. I don't know what math they're using, but those don't look like the same number to me! So they short shipped a paid for order, and then charged me again for the part they didn't include in the original package. I am no longer satisfied."

"I have been searching for a replacement handle for my hammer drill for the longest time. I am very pleased that everything was listed by tool model and easily searched.
Shipping was fast (shipped within 16 hours) and parts arrived in pristine condition. Included with the in the invoice email, they actually include a link for installation instructions if you might need them too.

"Placed an order waited weeks while status went from shipped to delayed and then no communication whatsoever. Wrote to cancel the order because I couldn’t cancel online. Then I got an email saying it was shipped again with a tracking #. 5 of the 7 parts I ordered were delivered. I emailed a request for the missing parts. I was told all 7 are showing delivered. I sent them a pic of their own packing slip which showed 5 items had been delivered. They initiated a refund for the other 2 items. I asked them to cancel the refund and send me the parts. They said they “couldn’t” do that and I would have to re-order the parts not delivered. Needless to say I wasn’t going to do that. I will never order from eReplacement parts again and neither should you. "

"The part fit as expected but it took forever to receive and the shipping fees were ridiculously high. I was charge $10.99 for a $3.99 part that weighed about 6 ounces for economy shipping. I ordered the part on 3/24/24 and the site said there was two in stock but it wasn’t shipped until 4/20/24. Not happy with the service."
