"Didn't get my Order, because of its export was not prepared correctly, and meant is NOTHING except my name and adress. Now its stick in custom clearance, i have to pick it up there if they really hand over it. eVitamins promises to export things carefully, they even forgot the customs declaration on my package, a really really basic thing and even here people denied their work....
After i wrote eVitamins a hundred times, i got just 2 responses to old messages and of course , they told me they did all correct becuase eVitamins never do mistakes, yeah thats the reason why i lost my money and i paid 16$ only for shipping, about 60$ complete. For nothing, no order , service , no support, no help, no will, no organisiation.
Never, never again!!! hope to warn people in time before they loose them money on this thiefs..."

No kidding each item that went into my cart with no comment such as out of stock. They don't have it. The man in customer service is condensending.. he tried to tell me see that ships in 2 days? It is out of stock! I said Sir, ships in 2 days and out of stock are 2 different things! He said " We will have to agree to disagree".
I say you're full of it! If you have it, you have it if you don't you don't. If you don't have it, it is out of stock and should state so when ordering! Quit the games!

"I bought two items in Mar 2016. Shipment never arrived after 10 days. Checked with Customer Services and was told to wait as products is on the way. After another week, I was told that Products was returned to sender without any explanation. I was told that I would get my refund as soon as they received the returned products. It's been a year now! I have checked with their customer services on numerous occasions and were provided with the standard reply " Until they received the shipment returned, there is nothing they could do."

In the web says it takes 14 days to deliver apparently its been more than a month! The customer service they really don't give a S**t as if an upset customer, they will just reply "it's in the way"!
