laptop memory stick was enclosed in a plastic case, which was good, but the other one was just wrapped in a plastic bag without any protection.
motherboard seemed to be opened, possibly to check to make sure all the contents were there & test the mother board. Everything was there, except for the mounting screw to the motherboard. Good thing I was upgrading it. If i were putting it on a new case, i'd have to go look / buy a screw on its own.
Order was delivered fast, perhaps because I was in the same state as company.
