25 Apr 06 they arrived. One of the packages was missing the Y-USB cable that attaches the enclosure to your computer. I immediately e-mailed ****@**** requesting that they send a Y-USB cable, as it was missing.
I did not receive a response from this e-mail.
2 May 06 I received e-mail from ****@**** asking if I had received my order.
2 May 06 I replyed that I had, but was missing one cable from the two identical items I had ordered and that I had e-mailed ****@**** and not received a response.
3 May 06 I received what can only be classified as a "canned response" directing me to the RMA process..yada.yada...
Obviously their customer care is not any better than their support."
