Thank you for your explanation of why you charged for the restocking fee and I see your point of view. However, I specified I have an HP Media Center 873n Desktop and a Dell Dimension 4600 when I called and they said that was the RAM to order. So while it is true that I received what I ordered on the website I somehow feel a little mislead. I have since received the correct RAM from Newegg with the same explanation. I hope that you can reconsider the 15% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind that this was ECC/REG memory that was used and will not work in normal home machines. Low profile ECC/REG memory is the roughly the same size as normal desktop memory.
