"Ordered an e6600 Core 2 Duo on Aug. 22nd my bank account was debited the next day. It is now Aug. 28th and my bank account now shows that it was not charged. This means that etech4sale has cancelled the charge on my account, but my order is still listed as waiting for shipping I tried calling both of their customer support numbers, but it appears as though no one answers their phones. They still list that they have 5 of the processors in stock and they had ten in stock when I ordered. As of now I am just cofused as to what they are doing, and I am regreting not spending the $10 to get it from a better known vendor.
On the 29th the charge once again appeared on my bank account. I countinued my attepts at reaching their coustomer service, until I saw the package truck pull up to my house. It was nice to get my processor, but I would have at least expected to recieve an email informing me that they had shipped it."

"Placed order for two items supposedly in stock.
A day later the two items were STILL supposedly in stock and my online invoice/tracking shows that the order has been paid.
Two more days later and there has been no change in the status. Both items still supposedly in stock, invoice paid, but no shipping information.
No one answers the phone, only voice mail boxes. Sent an email today.
Prices are decent, but I could sell you a jet plane for $50 if it is never in stock...
edit: I finally DID recieve my order. They input one of my tracking numbers wrong, and I was eventually able to start getting people on the phone.
They charged my credit card several days before shipping, which prompted all kinds of phone call attempts from me.
Overall, I would probably not order here again. Its not worth the extra $5 savings."
"I made a purchase from this store on 8/13/06. They sent me three different e-mails claiming they could not get the charge through to my credit card. American Express told me they had never tried to send in the charge. Three days later with no explanation I get an e-mail telling me they have shipped my product. When it arrived it was the wrong product (even the wrong product number). I paid them to ship the order, and now they want me to pay to ship it back to them and they will "refund" my cost. These guys are a joke---stay away."

"It's only 50 miles from my home to their store where the laptop bettery I ordered was stocked, but I waited 3 days and there was no shipment arrived. I checked my order status online and found it says "C C Verif". I email them to ask why but no reply. Two days later, still no reply and no shipment, so I called them. They told me my billing address is wrong so the credit card company (AMEX) did not approve the transaction. I checked my account detail online and told them the address is correct so please try it again but they refused and asked me to provide another credit card (I guess this is the way they try to decline the use of AMEX card). This time I decided to pick it up at their store directly while I'm on my way to work so I can save $5.24 shipping fee and get the product immediately. But when I arrived and ready to pay it with my AMEX card, they told me there is a $5.00 will-call fee (they charged me 5 dollars for the cashier to walk to the shelf to pick up the bettery and hand it to me in one minute, I hope their employees realy get paid well)!!! Don't deal with this company, they have lousy service procedure and bad attitude when you talk to the payment department."
"I'm always a little leary about ordering from these ingenuity powered drop ship merchants, but when the item is in stock, you actually can usually get good shipping prices and fast delivery straight from the manufacturer/distributor due to the drop shipping.
I had never ordered from etech4sale before, but my preferred merchant was out of stock on the motherboard that I was looking for. I ordered it from etech4sale because they had the lowest price shipped (even 20 dollars cheaper than my preferred merchant). I placed the order on a Friday.
On Saturday, I received notice that my preferred vendor had the item in stock again, so I logged into etech4sale's web site to make sure I would be able to cancel my order before ordering from my preferred vendor. I canceled the order, and the order status showed as canceled.
Two weeks later, I received an email from etech4sale.com saying that the item was on backorder and that they would fulfill my order as soon as the item arrived. I logged in to the etech4sale.com web site, and my order still showed as canceled. I emailed them regarding this, and am awaiting a reply.
What's horrible though, is that this email was just sent to the 50+ recipients who obviously had also ordered this product by putting all of our email addresses in the cc line. In this way, etech4sale.com shared my email address with over 50 of their other customers, and provided me with over 50 of their customer's personal email addresses!"
"Product shipped did not work as advertised; I requested a RMA for return. An RMA was issued. I returned the product and then never heard back from the vendor nor was my money refunded. Repeated messages were totally ignored. AmEx as started a dispute on my behalf with this vendor."
"Though they have decent prices, they are deceptive in their "In Stock/Inventory" claims.
I found a decent price on a motherboard--which was listed on the website as "In Stock"--so I ordered it. The emailed invoice and website status listed the item as in stock. After 24 hours, I received a call that the item was on backorder for 1 week. Yet, even now, the website shows "In Stock."
Previous customers may have had a decent experience, but I find it more than annoying that a store indicates a ready sale and then later informs you that they aren't ready any more. Please don't waste my time. Order cancelled!"
