"I paid $20 for the expedite fee, another $35.61 for two day shipping, and $25.90 for my merchandise. Etech4sale shipped me the wrong merchandise.
When I called them for support, they insisted that I ship the equipment back to them at MY expense, and that I fill out an RMA form that would force me to take a 17% hit on the restocking fee, and pay for the return shipping with no guarantee I'd ever get my money back.
I tried to discuss these issues with the support person, who kept insisting that I ship the equipment back at my expense, and would not generate a shipping label for me or work with me to return the gear.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused multiple times, until I was eventually forwarded to another individual who immediately started yelling at me. I was told that this individual was the supervisor, so I asked to speak to HER manager, and she refused also, until (after I kept insisting) I was eventually put through to another individual who was incapable of assisting me.
Now I'm out $84.15, and I still currently have the wrong merchandise.
I am now working with my credit card company to resolve the issue.

"PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
They sent me the incorrect mouse, so I sent the mouse back. I have yet to receive the correct mouse after several attempts at email and calling them. They are very, very unresponsive. I personally will never buy from them again and hope that you will pay a little extra for an item and NOT BUY from this company again.
Also note, that their phone number is always busy for some reason. This is a very shady company."

I called and spoke to the sales manager who did rectify the situation. Today, October 18, I received the battery I paid for in June. So I'm glad that eTech took responsibility and ultimately made good on the purchase, however, it was a very frustrating process and only got rectified once a public posting on this forum was responded to -- so thank you to eTech and to resellerratings.

They delivered an incorrect battery which I returned via Fedex along with a letter asking for the correct item. I waited 30 days and got no response. Then I called, filled out an RMA and despite my best efforts have not received a satisfactory response.
Bottom line... they charged me for an item and never delivered it... worse yet, they won't respond or take responsibility."
