"BUYER BEWARE! Bait and Switch! Ordered Samsung SH-D162C DVD ROM Drive listed NEW and IN STOCK on seller's web site. Required this specific model. Received Samsung SD-616 model instead which I can not use. Also the unit I received is used, NOT new. There is visible wear on the screw terminals showing that this drive had been mounted in a PC before it was sent to me. This seller has ignored multiple RMA attempts (requesting for either a replacement or a return) online over a period of several months. The seller also will not return multiple phone messages either. I was ripped off by this seller and will never do business with them again. "

"Horrible experience. Ordered replacement laptop keyboard, got a totally different unit than what I ordered and packing slip said. Emailed in to get replacement sent, week went by with no response. Had to finally call in, dealt with rude secretary and her manager who wouldn't help. Wanted me to shell out more of my own money to ship it back to them and reorder yet another one before they'd ship fast replacement. Nearly 2 weeks down, no keyboard, no customer service, not a chance I'd ever buy from them again. Beware -- you get what you pay for. "I have had a terrible time so far, I ordered a TS xbox360 drive by USPS Economy service as i live in the UK. I have not recived any confirmation email, tho it says it has been shipped and money taken out of my account for it.
As i have not heard anything or recived the product, I have contacted USPS and they replied and adivsed me incase of loss, i should contact Etech 4sale to start an electronic inquiry with them.
I have sent 4 emails! and tryed to phone them 3 times with no reply or anyone picking up the phone! So far im not impressed as this purchase has cost me quite a bit of money, with out the product to show for it!"
