"I ordered a 20-21" Monitor on the 20th of Jan. I called on Friday afternoon the 27th. and was informed it should have been shipped, however there was no tracking number available. I then called back twice on Monday the 30th. The first time I was told "I am entering the tracking numbers now from Friday, if your order was shipped I will email you the tracking number." Then I call back Monday afternoon and am informed by the same person I had talked to earlier that they were waiting on a shipment of monitors. When I ordered on the 20th the web site stated 44 in stock. I was told it should be mailed out today and again informed I will be emailed with a tracking number. I am still waiting. So I really do hope I receive a working monitor very soon."

"I ordered 10 drives from their website and then a few days later I received an email which instructed me to call them so my order could be shipped. Sure enough they were out of stock of my drives and they tried to up sell me a more expensive drive when I called them.

I canceled my order but their website still shows my drives as being available for purchase which should not show up since they obvious can't sell that product. Hopefully my refund goes through without a hitch."
