"I am currently serving in Afghanistan as a paratrooper with the 173rd ABN BDE and ordered an external harddrive the first oppurtunity I recieved. A few months went by before I got a chance to call inquiring into the nature of the delay of my order when the customer service representative informed me that there had been a small error in the processing and even though I had been charged, the shipment never left. However, they also had no more of my order in stock. To set things right, they offered me a 40 dollar rebate on a smaller harddrive, as well as a 10% military discount in appreciation of my service. Unfortunately, it was the wrong product and when I told the customer representative I spoke to this time about it, they told me to hold on to the one I had while they shipped out the proper one in its place and then send that one back. However, when I recieved the new one it was again the wrong one and I had to send it back to get the right one, and that is the one I am currently waiting for. I must say that as much trouble as I have been through with this company and this order, the care and service I have recieved will not only keep me as a repeat customer as I have many more purchases to make in the upcoming year, but to also talk to all my fellow service members about the company. All I can say is keep up the great work. I appreciate your patience and time, and intend to continue shopping with your fine establishment.
